Refunds are provided for membership dues within 30 days of submission. To request a membership refund, please email the secretary at secretary@wnrcasn.ca within 30 days of the membership dues payment.
Refunds for conference registration is only available up to 30 days prior to the conference opening day. Refunds less than 30 days from the conference opening are not possible, however, registrations may be transferred to another participant. To request a conference refund, please email the conference committee at conference@wnrcasn.ca.
