Brief Interventions for Anti-Racism Success in Nursing Education
This project responds to the TRC and CASN calls to action to include anti-racism training in nursing curricula. It supports the development, implementation, and evaluation of brief interventions for anti-racism success (BIAS) within the significant time constraints of a maternal newborn nursing course. The project seeks to enhance nursing students’ understanding of anti-racism, which will in turn support their ability to engage in anti-racism actions in practice.
